I designed and implemented the Calsiprovis tool to quantify the beat rate and calcium signal propagation speed in cardiods. To facilitate high-throughput analysis I developed a web-based frontend showing an 96 plate and the corresponding data in a single view. Schmidt et al 2023 analysed thousands of cardiods using this tool.
