I designed and implemented the PhantomBuster pipeline to analyse whole-tissue lineage tracing data and CRISPR-LICHT screens. PhantomBuster removes 95% of measured lineages as artificial, as these assays are overproportionally affected by index-swapping in a so-far undescribed way. With demultiplexing implemented in python and p-value calculation for CRISPR-LICHT screens, it is an end-to-end pipeline.
