I designed and implemented the Pyrganoid python module to understand population heterogeneity in brain organoids by simulating multi type branching processes. Pyrganoid can numerically approximate differential equation for global growth, simulate a corresponding branching process exactly via the Gillespie algorithm or approximately with a time discretisation.
